WhatsApp caps group size, so busy communities run a second and third chat.
A neighborhood within the city
Big cities split by area so requests reach people who can actually get there.
A specific kind of chessed
Meal trains, rides, bikur cholim, and gemachs sometimes work better on their own.
A language
Some communities run a chat in Hebrew, Spanish, French or Yiddish alongside the main one.
